The purpose of the Present study was to detect the association between praying related attitude and behaviors and students’ mental health in Gorgan University of medical sciences. Material and Methods: The subjects of this descriptive-crossectional study were 144 students (71 male and 73 female) selected via convenience sampling. The instruments were General health questionnaire (GHQ) and Praying Related Attitude and Behavior questionnaire. We did data analysis by using Pearson correlation coefficient, mann-whitney and kruskal-wallis (SPSS 16 soft ware). Results: The age of 63.9 percent of Participants is between 20-25 years.
